This Outdoor Ceremony at The Edale Gathering, set amongst rolling hills of the Peak District, is seriously swoon-worthy.
Having searched for a hair and makeup team that could accommodate her large bridal party, Zian found us.
She was also keen to find a hairstylist that specialized in Boho hairstyles.
Zian was a delight to work with, both at her hair and makeup trial and, on her wedding morning at The Edale Gathering.
I thoroughly enjoyed being given full creative licence. Braids, plaits, and messy waves are most definitely my niche. .
Having completed the bridal preps, we headed up into the valley with the rest of Zian and Wills guests. We took our seats ready to watch the intimate ceremony, with breath taking views.
Zian’s late arrival at the ceremony caused some amusement. Her appropriately chosen form of transport (a four by four) had gotten stuck in the mud and needed a push.
But, finally the ceremony commenced.
Being invited to witness this was a huge honour. It’s fair to say that there wasn’t a dry eye in sight.
In addition to the beautiful setting, this wedding was full of surprises.
Zians Bridesmaid made a fabulous ‘naked’ cake. Close family members and friends set the outdoor dining area – a setting which would not look out of place on today’s top wedding blogs.
And, the sweetest surprise of all, Zians gift from Will was no less than an adorable Puppy.
