Sarah and Matt got married on the 16th July 2016 in Liverpool. Their big day was held at Constellations – one of the most amazing venues we have seen recently! The venue is made up of a regenerated recycling yard, which now functions as a huge garden and bar, plus a warehouse space. It was perfect for a relaxed wedding day, with plenty of opportunities for photos in front of the city’s street art and some beautiful architecture.
We helped Sarah and her bridal party, which included her three bridesmaids, mum and sister-in-law (to be) get ready at Hope Street Hotel – a short walk away from the wedding venue. We love working with brides and their friends and family as it always makes for a joyful and energy filled morning! It was particularly fun working with Sarah’s niece who was flower girl for the day. She had her hair done and a tiny bit of make-up, but was insistent that she have some red lipstick…..we eventually persuaded her to try a more subtle pink though!
Sarah opted for a relaxed hairstyle, which was decorated with a brightly coloured floral crown. Her finished look was to die for as she left in her backless lace dress to meet her husband to be.
It looks like the couple had a blast of a day in this fantastic city and venue, and we are very jealous that they have just returned from an epic honeymoon travelling around Vancouver, Seattle and Mount St Helens.
We also loved meeting Guilia from On Love and Photography, who kindly let us use the fantastic images from the day.
